Our take
I picked up this pair of 5-pound neoprene dumbbells for light arm work and rehab. The neoprene coating gives a nice grip and the no-roll heads prevent them from sliding around on the floor. For the price, they feel solid enough, though the cast iron core is on the lighter side. The handle diameter is comfortable for my small hands. My only nitpick is that the dark green color is a bit dull, but that's cosmetic. Overall, a decent entry-level set for curls and shoulder raises, just don't expect heavy-duty durability.
